The hotel is partially under modernization, it will be looking very modern in a few months. Restaurants are really good, the Italien excellent. Staff is very kind and assisting, we got late checkout which was very important for us. Swimming pools are good and nice. Rooms are fine, currently old-fashioned

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.

Staff is fantastic, extremely helpful. Luz and Manuel at reception as well as Ivan at the beach made my stay really comfortable as they provided me all indications about restaurants, how to reserve the palapas at the beach and how all the Hotel worked. The beach is very clean and was great to have a long walk every morning. Food was really good and you may find all types as you may like. I can really recommend the place

Even though the property is older it is obvious much pride is taken to keep it clean and make sure all amenities are operable.

Location to tennis and the beach! Loved the Beach Hot for drinks. Also appreciated shuttle to tennis tournament.

Very clean, friendly, excellent service, the rooms were cleaned every day. No complain about anything. Everything was perfect. I will most definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The staff was nice, I asked for two connected rooms during the booking, they couldn't give me that but they gave me two rooms next to each one. Imperial tower has refurbished rooms but more expensive, pyramid tower still has very old rooms But overall I was satisfied and the family enjoyed.

1st of all the people is very very kind, I love the three pools, the deep of them is perfect. The pool with the artificial beach, the bridge, the slide, and all the tropical setting is amazing. The drinks were delicious,and the food is tasty and has a fair price. The view is beautiful. I can't wait to come back.
