Luz and Manuel at reception as well as Ivan at the beach made my stay really comfortable as they provided me all indications about restaurants, how to reserve the palapas at the beach and how all the Hotel worked. The beach is very clean and was great to have a long walk every morning. Food was really good and you may find all types as you may like. I can really recommend the place

Staff is very kind and assisting, we got late checkout which was very important for us. Swimming pools are good and nice. Rooms are fine, currently old-fashioned

Since we arrived, the valet parking greeted us kindly and nicely... The check in was smooth and easy, they explained very well what was included and where to go to do our meals. There are a good variety of restaurants and type of foods.
